Job Search - Today > Applicant Tracking Systems

Jobseekers, welcome to the real world. Almost all Employment Recruiters, even a third of small Employers are using
AI - ATS, Applicant Tracking Systems. OK, I, myself, am, pretty much, from the 'olde world'. I, recently, saw a Comic Strip, where a youngster was bragging about using these tools to write his 'excuses'.
