Coping with ATS - Resume KeyWords


In recent years, it is an accepted standard to customize your resume for each job application. 

An important preparation is to examine the Job description and make a thorough list of the Keywords used to describe 
the position they are hiring for. The next step is to fit as many as appropriate into you resume. The links, below, provide some huge lists of Keyword synonyms to help you adjust your Keywords to fit with those in the
Job description. It is important to 'speak the Employer's language' to make it easy for them to see how well you fit their needs and to be
accepted by their tool, an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). I, originally, thought these approaches might work? Google: synonyms (my keyword) https://www.thesaurus.com/browse NO, they did not work for any of my keywords. Mine may have been too technical. Or not enough like a crossword puzzle for either of these attempts to work.
