Coping with ATS - LinkedIn Profile Content and KeyWords

Now days, each of your Resumes is probably focused on one Employer and a specific job.

On the other hand, Your LinkedIn Profile is really a great place to draw the interest of Employment Recruiters with your
Accomplishment Narratives! Especially ones that begin with a simplified introduction that leads into very interesting details. Your Profile is the ideal place for a broader collection of your Accomplishment Stories, which will be available
to a tremendous variety of Employers. To embellish these Narratives, try harvesting a variety of additional Keywords from Job Descriptions and Websites
of your Target Employers. This helps your overall marketing because an Employer's search may find some of their favorite keywords in your Profile
then continue reading and begin to recognize the relevance some of your variety of other keywords, also. Something, else to consider: If you would be truly happy and well qualified in two very different roles, your Profile must reflect that.
(E.G.: Management or Team Member, Delegating the work or doing the work.) You must be truly convincing in describing your
experience and accomplishments to benefit an employer in either role. I essentially retired 15 years ago, but my LinkedIn Profile has people, occasionally contacting me, asking if I would be
interested in a variety of jobs. Make sure your LinkedIn Profile is Marketing for YOU!
